Is the displayed price final?
Yes. The fare calculated when you book is firm and final. Traffic, detours or reasonable waiting generate no extra charge.
When do I pay?
A 30% deposit is paid online by card to confirm the ride. The balance is paid directly to the chauffeur, in cash or by card, at the end of the journey.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. The deposit is fully refunded if you cancel more than 48 hours before pickup, 50% refunded between 48 and 24 hours, and non-refundable under 24 hours.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time using the number you provide. Your chauffeur automatically adjusts the pickup time at no extra cost. 60 minutes of waiting are included after landing.
How much luggage can I bring?
A sedan carries 3 passengers and 3 large suitcases. A VIP van carries up to 7 passengers and 8 suitcases. Enter your luggage in the form and only suitable vehicles will be offered.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, baby seats and booster seats are available. Select them when booking and they will be fitted before your arrival.
Do you operate outside Île-de-France?
Yes, we cover long distances throughout France and Western Europe with a degressive per-kilometre rate.
Can I get an invoice?
A compliant invoice is sent automatically by email after each ride. Companies can open an account with monthly invoicing.
